We had a great stay at this hotel near the Saalbach ski area. the rooms were comfortable and charming, with a mix of old and modern touches. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was exceptional. the hotel had a sauna and ski locker room for convenience.
Some guests wished there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Loved the service and food, staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. the rooms were equipped with modern fittings and very spacious; the beds were comfortable and we got a good night's rest. the overall ambiance of the place was very lovely; it had a classic and historic feel to it that made it unique and memorable.
We wished there were more options of channels to choose from on the TV and translation services provided for non-native speakers to help understand all the available services at the hotel and their operating methods. we would have preferred clarity on the charges for our children's meals as we did not expect to pay full price on their food.

The food at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The meals were prepared with great care and were full of flavor. The staff at the restaurant and bar were also very friendly and always willing to help. Another great aspect of the hotel was the rooms. They were spacious, modern, and had beautiful fittings. The combination of history and modern touches created a unique and charming atmosphere.
One downside of the hotel was the lack of translations. It would have been helpful to have information available in different languages, especially regarding the available services and how things operate.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a modern twist, providing great comfort. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel had great facilities, including a sauna and ski locker room. It was conveniently located close to the Saalbach ski area, making it easy to access the slopes. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.
